Puravankara lists at 22% discount on the NSE


South-based realty, Puravankara Projects opened at Rs 310, a
discount of 22.5% to the offer price of Rs 400 a share on the
National Stock Exchange (NSE). The scrip touched an intra-day high
of Rs 390, within minutes of getting listed. A total of over
20 lakh shares changed hands at the NSE.

At 1030 hrs, the scrip was trading at Rs 385 on the exchange.

The real estate major had come out with an initial public offer of
2.15 crore shares, intially priced in a band of Rs 500 to Rs 525 a
share. However, in the light of market volatility, the issue had to be
re-priced in a band of Rs 400 to Rs 450 a share and the issue closing date was extended by 5 days to August 8.

Overall the issue was subscribed by 1.91 times.
